These terms govern your use of the PadelLabs app and website. PadelLabs gives you performance insights to support your training and enjoyment of padel — it is not medical advice. By using PadelLabs you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using PadelLabs you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use PadelLabs. If you use it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PadelLabs for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to Apple’s standard App Store terms.

4. Health and medical disclaimer

PadelLabs is a fitness and performance product, not a medical device. Its metrics — including readiness, recovery, load and heart-rate figures — are for informational purposes only and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

5. Accuracy of analytics

Stroke recognition, swing speed and derived analytics are estimates produced by a model that runs on your watch. They can be wrong and should be treated as a training aid, not an exact record of play. We do not warrant that any metric is complete or accurate.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple through your App Store account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. [Confirm plan names and pricing before launch.]

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, misuse or interfere with the app, its models or its services, and not to use it in any unlawful way or in a way that infringes others’ rights.

8. Intellectual property

PadelLabs, including its software, models, design and content, is owned by us and our licensors. Your game data remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the service to you.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Early access and termination

Early-access features may change, break or be removed while PadelLabs is in development. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms; you may stop using the app and delete it at any time.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g. Spain], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
