How it works

Play. The rest happens by itself.

  1. 01

Wear your Watch on your racket hand

Wear your Apple Watch on the wrist of your racket hand, then start your session for heart rate, calories, distance, route and live rings from the first point.

  2. 02

Every stroke is named on your wrist

A model reads your wrist motion at 100 Hz and classifies nine padel strokes as you play, entirely on the Watch.

  3. 03

    Open your iPhone afterwards

The session arrives as dashboards: what you hit, how well, how hard, and what it means for tomorrow.

Works with Apple Health — reads your workouts, heart rate, sleep and activity with your permission, and writes your padel sessions back.

Every morning

Start every match with confidence

Five signals, built from your own sessions and your own baselines — so you know whether today is a push day or a hold-back day.

Energy

Your padel battery, 0 to 100. Sleep and recovery charge it, hard sessions drain it — so you know before a match if you've got it in you.

Recovery

How ready you are today, read from heart-rate variability and resting heart rate against your own baseline — not a population average.

Recovery

Exertion

How hard the last few days have really been. Heart-rate zones weight the load, so an easy hour and a brutal one never count the same.

Exertion

Sleep

Duration, deep and REM stages, sleeping heart rate and efficiency, scored against a target that fits you. Read from Apple Health — never invented.

Load breakdown

The workload behind your signals: today's effort, your 7-day load against your baseline, and an injury-safety score that flags when you're ramping too fast.

Energy, Recovery and Exertion are sharpest with an Apple Watch worn day and night. Without one, PadelLabs estimates from your logged sessions — and tells you when it is doing so.

On court

See where your game comes alive

Every session opens into nine views of the same match — what you hit, how well you hit it, how hard you worked, and what kind of player you were that day.

Shot distribution

Count and share for all nine stroke types, so you see what you actually played instead of what you remember playing.

Session review

Score, duration, distance, calories, route and weather — the whole match on one screen before you go deeper into it.

Performance

Quality, consistency, explosiveness and control, scored from the motion of your own swing rather than from a video someone forgot to film.

Insights

Plain-language cards naming your best stroke, your weakest, the one fatigue hit hardest, and any personal best you just moved.

Speed timeline

Swing speed for every hit of a chosen stroke, plotted across the session, with average, fastest and slowest. Measured at the wrist — swing speed, not ball speed.

Quality by stroke

A radar of quality, consistency, explosiveness and control for every stroke you played. Your strengths and your homework, side by side.

Heart-rate zones

Time in each of five zones, an effort score out of ten, cardio load, high-intensity bursts and how quickly your heart came back down.

Active play

How much of the session was genuinely live play rather than standing around, read from the way your heart rate climbs and settles.

Tactical profile

Offensive rate, net play, overheads, lobs and shot variety add up to a playing style — Aggressive Net Player, Power Attacker, and more.

Under the surface

A padel model, running on your wrist

A Core ML classifier reads one second of wrist motion and names the stroke — entirely on the Watch, while you play. Nothing is streamed to a server to make it work.

9
padel stroke types
Drives, volleys, smash, bandeja, víbora and lobs.
100 Hz
motion sampling
Nine channels: acceleration, rotation and attitude.
On-device
classification
Runs on the Watch during the session, offline.
Versioned
and improving
New models arrive over the air as we train on more players.

Stroke recognition is genuinely hard, and ours is still improving with every player who joins. We would rather tell you that than quote a number that flatters us.

Your data

Built for privacy

PadelLabs is local-first. Your game belongs to you.

On your device

Sessions, strokes and scores live in local storage on your iPhone and Watch. The app works with no signal at all.

Motion stays on the wrist

Raw sensor data is read by the model on your Watch and never leaves it. Naming a stroke needs no server.

No account, never sold

The app is fully usable without signing up, and we do not sell your personal data.
